Ship's Fare

A bracing day at sea does wonders for sharpening the appetite. So when not eating ashore, there are fewer cosier places to dine than Minstrel’s warm saloon, with its rich iroko woodwork, swinging brass oil lamps and traditional ship’s wood-burning stove. Minstrel’s regular mates all find the challenge of producing an appetising meal in the narrow confines of a sea-going galley brings out their best culinary skills.
